GRAPHO / USER GUIDE
Write with less
between you.
Grapho is a focused writing workspace for turning ideas into finished documents. This guide covers the complete path from a blank canvas to a document ready to leave.
The workspace
Know the room
you are writing in.
Grapho keeps the library and the document visible together. The sidebar gives work a place. The canvas gives thought the room to develop.
A clear place
for clear thinking.
Ideas become easier to finish when the interface knows when to step back.
LibrarySwitch projects, folders, and documents.
CanvasWrite and format the active document.

Writing
Start with a blank
block.
Every document is made from blocks. Place the cursor where the thought begins. Press / on an empty block to choose the structure that fits.
Select text to apply bold, italic, underline, strike-through, highlights, or a link. Formatting stays close to the words it changes.
Organization
Let structure follow
the work.
Projects and folders create just enough order for documents to stay findable. Nested documents keep supporting material near the work it belongs to.
SearchFind titles and content across your workspace.
BacklinksSee documents that reference the current one.
TrashRemove documents and restore them when needed.
Export
Give the document
a good ending.
When the writing is ready, use the workspace export controls. Grapho preserves the document as source, structure, or a clean printable page.
